Abdullah Orkun Kaya is the managing partner of Bluecap, and board member at several ICT companies in Europe, Middle East and Turkey including; Symanto, Bulutistan, Bir Bilene Sor, Life Watch Turkey. Prior to Bluecap, Abdullah was the CEO of TTNET. During his career at the Turk Telekom Group, Abdullah was selected as Best Investor Relations Officer in Turkey and Europe, shortlisted for CEO of the Year (Global) and selected for Crans Montana Forum Young Leaders for Tomorrow upon nomination by UNDP. Before joining the Turk Telekom Group, Abdullah worked for the Capital Markets Board in Ankara and in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London. Abdullah has also served on the board of TurkVCa (Turkish Venture Capital Association) and was the chairman of TUYID (Turkish Investor Relations Society) Abdullah has a BSc in Management from Bilkent University (Turkey) and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
